So that we know exactly what you aiming to achieve we will meet with you to ascertain your wants and needs, and the budget you have to accomplish it. This ensures realistic expectations from day one.

Once we know what you want to achieve, we want to see where you want to achieve it by visiting the site with you to discuss where we see the project going, and to ensure that we are on the same page as you.

With all the information in hand, we will submit for your acceptance a quotation that will outline all the works to be completed to make your wants a reality. Any final adjustments and queries can be addressed at this point.

Our technicians will attend site and start installing your system at a time that suits you. Either one section at a time, over multiple visits, or in whole, our team will have your system in quickly so that your business isn’t disrupted.

Once the system has been installed and any potential gremlins are eliminated, you and your authorized staff will be trained on how to operate the system and any associated software. It is our job to ensure using the equipment as easy as pie.

Once training is complete and the system is working seamlessly, we will sign it off as a fully operational commissioned system. From this date our warranty becomes live.

Our services don’t end when the installation does. Your system will be scheduled for regular maintenance checks and our technicians are available for servicing at any time.
