Listen to our customers’ needs to deliver sustainable products and services. We aim to deliver on these needs through understanding the impacts of our products and services, and looking to make these more sustainable.

OUR SUPPLIERS

We work in partnership with our suppliers to reduce our collective impact. To do this, we regularly:

• assess our supply chain and supplier sustainability efforts

• recognise achievements for providing us with sustainable products and services

• look for opportunities to work together and innovate on shared challenges.

OUR ENVIRONMENT

Working to protect the environment and minimise our carbon footprint is a major focus of our sustainability programme.

We are ECO WARRANTY certified.

Our emissions reduction programme initiatives include:

• looking for new technologies to reduce our impacts such as electric vehicles and alternative fuels.

• reducing our waste to landfill

• minimising electricity and fuel use

OUR PEOPLE

We aim to be a good employer, treat our people fairly, with respect and value diversity. Though our sustainability programme, we are introducing a Code of Conduct for our people, and implementing our Diversity and Inclusion Strategy.

OUR COMMUNITY

Respecting our communities we operate in is a key feature of our sustainability programme.
